Mohammad Al Saud

Mohammad  Al Saud is a real rookie to this year’s Championship even as he is not the youngest participant. 24 years old he started his racing career only last year in the national Saudi GT3  Championship with a Porsche 907  that was run for him by Lechner Racing.

Without  any experience in karting like some other rookies in this year’s Championship the step  into the high profiled  Porsche GT3 Challenge Middle East is quite a big one.

But already during the first race weekend in Bahrain the member  of the Royal Saudi family impressed by his calm and mature approach, finishing both races and not inflicting any kind of damage to the car.

His aim is to learn a lot in his first year in a professional racing series. During the next two or three years with the help of his Dutch driver coach Michael Burgess he wants to be able to follow the example of other Middle Eastern drivers like  Abdulaziz Al Faisal  or Khaled Al Qubaisi  on their  way into the international motor racing world.
